彰化一名男子，趁內衣特賣會，一群婦女大肆搶購時，竟然靠近一名年約20歲女子身後，伸手觸摸女子胸部10秒鐘，女子大喊色狼，並把這名男子扭送警局，不過彰化地院法官認為，襲胸時間短暫，不足引起被害人性慾，判決無罪，檢察官覺得實在太離譜，決定提起上訴。
內衣特賣會場，人潮多又擠，蔡姓男子就是在這個時候，混入人群中，還趁著一名20歲女子忙著挑選內衣時，從後面伸手，觸摸女子胸部，時間長達10秒鐘，男子被依照強制猥褻罪起訴，不過法院竟然認為男子襲胸時間短暫，判決無罪。彰化地方法院發言人許旭聖：「男子並沒有用類似強暴脅迫、恐嚇跟催眠術方法，來做摸胸行為。」
法官認定，男子行為只構成性騷擾，偏偏性騷擾防治法，又是在案件發生後才實施，因此做出無罪判決，但檢察官完全無法認同。彰化地檢署襄閱張慧瓊：「行為人摸被害人胸部，長達10秒，而且有抓捏動作，其實已經該當強制猥褻行為，是很清楚的，所以本署檢察官提起上訴。」
檢察官認為法官判決太離譜，決定提起上訴，婦女團體更認為，儘管女子被襲胸時間只有10秒，但也受到嚴重驚嚇，實在無法認同法官的判決。

Badminton World Championship 2007
Who will be the Winner of Badminton World Championship 2007 in Malaysia?
I hope Malaysia single and double mens can be the winner for this time. Especially this competition was organized by Malaysia this time and players were doing hardwork in their training.
Hope they can play as well as they can in this competition to make Malaysia proud in Badminton world again.

Badminton World Championships Ticket Sales
The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) began offering tickets for the World Championships to be held at Putra Stadium here from Aug 13-19 from Thursday.
Tickets starting from as low as RM18 (free seating) up to RM38 for the preliminary rounds are available.
Tickets for the quarter-finals will cost from RM28 to RM68 while the semi-finals and finals will be selling from RM41 to RM103.
And the children will not be left out either.
BAM have made available school packages costing from RM8 for the preliminary sessions to RM13 for the semi-finals and finals.
Season tickets are also available and cost from RM41 to RM428.
The World Championships deputy chairman Datuk Mohd Al-Amin Majid said the public can book tickets for the event at the website at www.protonwbc07.com and all the information regarding the seating areas and pricing can be viewed there.
The website was officially launched Thursday and Al-Amin believed they have come up with affordable prices.

公青团声援黃明志创作自由
轰两马华副部长打压青年人
人民公正党华都牙也区部青年副团长蔡尚群，今日要马华副部长黃锦鸿停止滥用媒体扮友善，粉刷马华与执政党表面亲善对待国内年轻人的一面。他发表文告指出，黃锦鸿也是首位带头利用媒体发言打压《我爱我的国家 Negarakuku (2007大马观光年主题曲)》作者兼网络歌手黃明志的马华中央领袖。
“黃锦鸿此举已经造成国内980万个年龄介于15至40岁的青年人对政府“又打压、又友善”的态度感到越来越混淆。”
黃锦鸿胡亚桥先后恫言法律对付
根据公青年团的理解，身为我国文化、艺术与文物部第二号人物的黃锦鸿，是首位在黃明志网络爱国作品事件上，公开打压网络歌手的马华中央领袖，黃锦鸿在7月16日向外界说将指示其部门官员调查黃明志作品，并声明会向黃明志采取法律行动。
过后第二位马华领袖即国内安全部副部长胡亚桥（左图），更以恐吓语气提醒所有网络使用者，政府将援引各种法令对付他们。
“黃锦鸿（右图）与胡亚桥的言论，旨在维持一个充满白色恐怖的环境给马来西亚青年，这已长期造成马来西亚新生代失去勇气，不敢跨出来呈现自己富有艺术细胞的一面，不断让他们的创新能力萎缩，如今出现一个来自本土麻坡的网络歌手黃明志，勇于借用网络技术和Rap饶舌音乐呈现社会实情，两位部长却快速打压，实在令广大音乐青年非常失望。”代表马华限制网络歌手创作自由？
蔡尚群在此呼吁黃锦鸿与胡亚桥，即刻向所有马来西亚青年表明，他们的言论是否就代表马华对限制网络歌手艺术创作自由的立场。
他认为，黃明志有艺术创作的自由，也有权利选用任何词汇来呈现代表年轻人声音的艺术。公青团更有理由相信，已属成年人的黃明志必然会了解宪法赋予人民言论的自由，也更要人民对自己通过年轻人的管道及方式，所发表的言论负起责任。

馬來西亞僑生改國歌罵政府 馬國政府擬提告 網友聲援

族群問題在馬來西亞一直備受爭議，一名來自馬來西亞的僑生，將馬來西亞的國歌改編後放上網路，內容批評馬來西亞政府制度不公，打壓華人，引起馬國政府警告，甚至不排除對他提出告訴，現在這段影片在網路發燒，不少網友紛紛上網聲援，要馬來西亞政府別小題大作。

馬來西亞僑生：我愛我的國家．有國才有家．有家才有我．站在這邊跟你大聲唱歌你麥驚．雖然我每次罵粗話．我的歌就像榴槤一樣．硬硬尖尖只是」
歌名就叫「我愛我的國家Negarakuku」，乍聽之下沒什麼，不過仔細聽聽下面這一段。
馬來西亞僑生：我們的警察叫做MATA．因為他們的眼睛很亮．新年一到他們就很努力．拿住筆可是很會少跟你開單．因為他們口很渴需要喝茶．還有kpo要不要加糖．如果加糖．他嘴巴會甜甜跟你微笑．你要離開的時候」
歌詞中，黃明志對馬來西亞政府的不滿與抱怨毫不掩飾，不但用「還沒斷奶」來影射馬國土族接受當地政府的保護政策，對於馬來西亞的教育制度也沒忘了批判。
馬來西亞僑生：世界各地都會看到Malaysia的小孩．好像逃難一樣西北爽．2007馬來西亞搞觀光．獨中生政府根本不想管．文憑丟Longkang像我一樣．中化畢業去了台灣．學了東西準備回去報答國家．我站在台北路邊拿住Guiter．可是我的嘴巴還是一樣唱」
由於歌曲部分內容涉及國家形象問題，已經引起馬國政府注意，甚至有媒體指出，馬來西亞新聞局已經展開調查，並且不排除採取法律行動，現在這段影片在網路發燒，不少網友上網聲援，希望能藉由輿論呼籲馬來西亞政府，輕鬆看待年輕人的創意。
