我把 Negarakuku 從youtube上remove掉了!
我的account被盯上, 所以不得不這麼做...
家人壓力很大...雖然他們支持我, 但我總不能太自私...

這就叫做 "惡勢力"

但少了我的account, 還有很多個account!!
他們能壓迫我 , 抓我, 叫我remove掉任何東西
但沒有人能改變別人的思想!! 更沒有人能掩飾事實的真相!!

我做這首歌的動機其實很簡單...
我只是利用音樂反映社會, 真實的一面,
我只是一個喜歡玩音樂的人...就這麼簡單!
從來沒有想過要搞政治效應, 也沒有扇動族群, 對抗政府...
但卻因為某人心虛, 造成惱羞成怒, 所以小題大作...

感謝大家的支持...也感謝大家的批評...
只要有空氣, 就有音樂!! 沒有人能能阻擋它的蔓延....

若是本地人網友違法必受對付

(吉隆坡19日訊）國內安全部副部長拿督胡亞橋今日（週四，19日）表示，只要網絡作品的作者是本地人，一旦他觸犯任何法令，政府一定會採取行動對付他。

他說，網友如果因為濫用言論自由而被政府採取行動，他們並不能怪政府。

“假如有關言論會破壞社會和諧，相關人士還是會面對法律制裁，因為這是法治的國家。”

胡亞橋週四為全球觀音大法會紀念筆主持推介禮後，受詢及如果政府不滿網友在外國註冊網站所貼上的作品，他們是否也會受到對付的問題，發表談話。

他表示，網友或網站的擁有人都沒有豁免受到法律制裁的權利。

留台生改編國歌短片受爭議
來自麻坡的留台生黃明志早前因在著名影音分享網站YouTube發表改編國歌《我愛我的國家 Negarakuku》音樂短片內容備受爭議，因此可能惹上牢獄之災。

胡亞橋說，國安部官員目前還未詳細研究有關音樂短片，因此並不確定其內容是否有觸犯任何法令；不過，國安部會關注此事。

他指出，任何人如果隨意更改國歌就是對國家不敬，也顯示有關人士沒有公民意識，這種行徑應該受到譴責。

“我想任何有基本民眾意識及愛國的人都不會這樣做，在甚麼情況之下都要愛國及尊敬國歌。”

文化、藝術及文物部副部長拿督黃錦鴻週三（18日）表示，已指派官員調查有關音樂短片是否有辱國譽；如證實該改編曲含有侮辱國歌成份，將援引國歌法令控告黃明志。

黃明志是以饒舌演唱方式改編《我愛我的國家》音樂短片並上傳該網站。該短片剪輯了大量2007年大馬旅遊年宣傳短片畫面。

算一算 我爱我的国家 Negarakuku (2007大馬觀光年主題曲) 这首歌上载至今也将近一个星期了。 虽然已被youtube 删除， 但仍然非常的受到各界人士的欢迎。对于报道指出隨意把國歌扭曲，甚至荒腔走調演唱，是不尊重國家的舉止。根據了解，抵觸國家法令者，一旦罪成，可面對100令吉罰款或2個星期監禁，或兩者兼施。

不知现在身在台湾的明志本人对于此事会有何对策呢！若政府真的对他发出律师信。 那他又会如何应付呢！
